Participant Registration


Registration Regulation:


In order to provide a greater opportunity for more people to present at the conference, each accepted paper with multiple co-authors should have a different conference registrant. However, co-authors may appear on multiple papers.

For inclusion in the HF-DECA 2022 Proceedings and Publication, at least one registration per submission is required.

Students registering and paying "Student Rates" must submit an official letter (in English) from their University or School, duly signed and stamped, indicating their current student status. This document must be submitted when registering. Please send a scanned copy of this letter to administration.

Note: If paying by bank wire transfer or official bank check, please contact the conference administrator to request participant registration form for payment by bank wire or certified U.S. check. Once the form is completed, please send the bank wire transfer confirmation or mail your check which is drawn on U.S. banks only, to the conference administrator at the address provided to you. Please make your official bank check payable to: HF-DECA Conference

The Conference registration fee includes:
  • - Participation in all open technical sessions (i.e. Parallel Paper Presentations)
  • - Entrance to Interactive sessions, Panels and Poster session area
  • - Access to  conference proceedings

The conference social events and reception is sponsored by: Japan Ergonomics Society and St. Tereza Medical University.


Student volunteers: The success of the conference depends on the diligent work of student volunteers. If you would like to help at the conference, please contact the Student Volunteer Chair.

Note 1. All presenters and authors of invited papers, regularly submitted papers and posters, invited session organizers, Tutorial instructors, Program Chairs, Program Board members, and members of cooperating or sponsoring organizations will receive this discounted registration fee.
All others (unless a student) please consider "Regular fee" amount.

**To qualify for a student discount, please submit an official letter (in English) from your University or School, duly signed and stamped, indicating your current student status. When submitting your registration form/payment, please send a scanned copy of this letter.


Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Administration.

For written cancellations received on or before 1 Feb, 2022, 90% of all registration costs will be refunded. 50% of the registration cost will be refunded if a written cancellation is received between 1 Feb- 1 May, 2022. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 1 May, 2022. All refunds are subject to $50 standard card processing fees.
